This past Friday I spoke at the #womeninptsummit for the first time. I spoke about the concept of wokeness and what it means in leadership. One of the core factors to great leadership is showing up. I can’t help but think that has a lot to do with our sex lives. Sometimes we forget to show up for ourselves or we simply forgot how. The thing is, we must have dogged persistence when it comes to our sex life. Acknowledgement alone isn’t going to do it. We have to be all in from start to finish; while understanding that it’s going to look different at every stage. Stay woke, boos. Just a little UC logic.
